What This Tool Does

Word Counter analyzes or transforms your text using secure server-side processing with CSRF protection, input validation, output escaping, and rate limiting. Paste or type up to 500,000 characters, drag and drop a plain-text file, or start from the built-in sample. Results appear in a responsive panel with statistics, summary output, copy, download, print, and share actions. Keyboard shortcuts include Ctrl/Cmd+Enter to run and Ctrl/Cmd+L to clear.

How It Works

1. Open /tools/word-counter and review the sample input if provided.

5. Use the result panel to copy output, download, or print your work.

All requests POST to /api/text/process with your selected tool type. The backend returns JSON with summary statistics, formatted output, and timing metadata rendered safely in the UI.
